RAW MELLOW

This project from my first year has been upgraded, and the result is Raw Mellow. A newborn infant apparel set was printed with heat transfer technique after being dyed using natural dyes according to proper methods. As a gift to my sister, who is expecting a child, this upgraded version is also a personal project.

Cotton infant clothing was dyed using the marbling tie-dye method after natural dye was obtained from sappanwood. Over this, a self-rendered floral design in pop art approach and colour scheme is printed to represent the baby's delicacy.
